Before doing anything, you need to heat treat the flour. Place the flour into a microwave-safe bowl and cook for 1 minute 15 seconds, at 15-second intervals. Your flour will then be safe to use.
To a small bowl, add the flour, sugar, vegan butter and peanut butter. Mix.
Then pour in the plant milk and vanilla. Mix again so that all the ingredients are fully combined.
Pour the mixture into 2 small mugs/ramekins.
Cook the cakes, one at a time in the microwave for 1 minute. Every microwave is different so some may require 1 minute 15 seconds.
Pour extra melted peanut butter over the top and enjoy!
